Hallelujah! I pray that God’s peace is with you all. Because of your prayers and love, Caleb Mission continues its work of rescuing North Korean escapees and sharing the gospel with them.
This week has been especially meaningful. The members of Washington Heights Church in Utah are on a mission trip to our Southeast Asia center. Together, they are sharing the gospel with North Korean escapees, baptizing them, encouraging them, and uniting as one body in the Holy Spirit—praying and worshiping for the sake of God’s Kingdom. It has been a truly grace-filled and powerful time. I believe this is a beautiful picture of our mission that goes beyond borders and nations.
Although many American believers may not have a direct connection to North Korea, in Christ we are one. We are united in rescuing people of faith and sharing the gospel. This is precisely why the Kingdom of God exists on this earth. Your prayers are the source of this holy strength and a channel of God’s help.
As the Lunar New Year approaches, our hearts are especially mindful of North Korean refugees. During the Korean War, many who fled south believed they would soon return home, yet countless people lived out their lives unable to return for more than seventy years, carrying deep sorrow.For North Korean refugees today, there is a homeland—but it is one they cannot return to, even while knowing their families are still suffering from hunger and hardship. This makes the holiday season especially painful for them.
We humbly ask you to pray for North Korean refugees, that this season might also become a time when they can experience comfort, hope, and joy. When we love one another and carry their pain in prayer, we trust that God will surely work.
Please also continue to pray for the teams currently journeying from China. Thank you sincerely for standing with us in prayer.

1. Heavenly Father, we pray for those in North Korea who suffer without knowing You.
May the idols of that land fall, and may Your churches rise in their place.
2. God, please protect and provide for all missionaries and workers who serve this mission with courage and sacrifice.
3. God, please bless every person who prays for and supports the rescue of North Korean refugees. May Your grace and mercy abound.
