Hallelujah! I pray that the God of peace will be with you. The weather here in the U.S. is starting to feel like autumn and is getting cooler. Since it’s also the change of seasons in Korea, I hope you’ll stay healthy and take extra care of yourself. From here in the U.S., I am praying for the health of all who love and support missions.
Recently, I had the opportunity to visit Bob Jones Seminary in South Carolina. I had the chance to meet with many leaders, including those from local Korean churches and supporters of Caleb Mission, and we shared about the North Korea ministry.
Above all, I was deeply thankful to see not only the Korean diaspora but also local Americans showing great interest in North Korea missions and a desire to join in this work. It has truly been a journey of grace, and the fact that churches in America are taking an interest in North Korea ministry is nothing but God’s blessing. It is because of your prayers and support that I can continue the work here in the U.S.
I also heard the news that some of the North Korean sisters who had been at our Southeast Asia center are now preparing to move on to South Korea. One group comes in and another goes out, and this cycle continues. Yet, at the same time, there are still many North Korean sisters in China who long to escape first. I sincerely ask you once again to pray and partner with us for them.
On a joyful note, I would like to share one more update. The North Korean escapees’ community in Korea had such a good harvest this year that they were able to make and share kimchi with 1,000 heads of cabbage and 1,200 radishes. How wonderful it would be if you could join us for the kimchi-making!

1. Father God, open the doors of North Korea across the DMZ so that the gospel may spread all the way to Jerusalem.
2. God, please rescue the North Korean escapees in China safely, and let Jesus overcome them and share the gospel.
3. God, please be with the missionaries, workers, and supporters serving North Korean escapees. May Your Spirit guide them to encounter Jesus Christ deeply and become instruments for the unification of Korea through the gospel.
