Hallelujah! I pray that the God of peace will be with you all.
It is already March. On the mountain near our North Korean escapeesā Center, new buds are preparing to sprout, and shepherdās purse flowers are already blooming. The seasons change faithfully, yet Godās work never changes. We continue to live each day with gratitude.
Your prayers and partnership are always with us in this ministry to North Korean escapees. Last week, we were able to rescue several escapees, and they safely arrived at their place of settlement. What moves us most is this: although it may seem like we are the ones doing the work, we continually witness how much greater Godās plan is in every moment of this ministry.
Last week was especially meaningful for us. Since resuming our rescue work after COVID, the 10th group of North Korean escapees we helped rescue has now begun their new lives in South Korea. After three months of Bible study and discipleship training at our Southeast Asia center and completing the government resettlement process in South Korea, they are now officially settled thereāexactly one year after their rescue.
In Godās perfect timing, they came to our church to worship and praise together with us.
They shared with me,āThe process was very difficult, Pastor. It took a full year to escape and resettle. But living in South Korea, we have come to understand what Godās grace truly is and what gratitude really means. We are so thankful that we can enjoy this freedom because people of great faith have supported and prayed for us.ā
As I listened to them share during worship, I was once again overwhelmed by the greatness of Godās grace. I earnestly prayed that these sisters would become leaders for the next generation of North Korean missions here on this earth.
God clearly allows us to sow and to reap, and through the fruit He brings forth, He accomplishes His work.
After next week, I will be traveling for several ministry engagements. Even during this time, we are expecting Godās mighty works. We move forward trusting in His guidance. As Scripture says, faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.
We are believing for more North Korean escapees to be rescued, for more to be raised as disciples of Christ, and for North and South Korea to become one, unified through the gospel. I carry this mission, and I live by your prayers.
Thank you truly for your faithfulness and sacrifice. As full spring arrives, there is much preparation needed at our North Korean Escapeesā Community Center. Please continue to pray for the center. God has surely prepared works in advance for us.
In the coming weeks, we will share more specific prayer requests and updates about what God is doing. We desire for Caleb Mission to stand together with you, raising North Korean escapees as leaders and praying for the restoration of the Korean peninsula, unified through the gospel. Thank you.

1. Heavenly Father, we pray that the dying souls in North Korea would be saved, that the altars of idols would fall, and that Your church would be established in that land. Please rescue the North Korean escapees suffering in China, nurture them, and raise them as Your holy army.
2. God, pour out the anointing of the Holy Spirit and greater faith upon the missionaries and workers who are carrying out this ministry, so that they may faithfully fulfill the calling You have given them.
3. God, bless those in the United States and around the world who are praying and partnering with us. May their families become channels of blessing, and may Your favor rest upon their work and businesses, so that what they have sown will never be in vain.
